Job summary

Sea Harvest, a proudly South African seafood company, seeks a Corporate Affairs Manager to lead external stakeholder management, investor communications and reputation management. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders to protect and enhance the Group’s corporate reputation.

The role covers developing and implementing investor relations, stakeholder engagement strategies and crisis communication protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (see above).
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 8–10 years in corporate affairs, investor relations or government relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead external stakeholder management and reputation activities.
• Oversee investor communications and corporate reporting.
• Draft position papers, briefing notes and other materials.
• Coordinate stakeholder programs with investors and NGOs.
• Manage relations with external PR and reputation agencies.
• Monitor media coverage and provide reputation reporting.
