Job summary

Lesaka Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manager of Commercial Performance and Business Intelligence to build and maintain analytical infrastructure supporting commercial decision-making across content procurement, pricing, stock management, and supplier/customer performance.

You will lead a two-analyst team and ensure data integrity across BI systems, aligning with finance and operations reporting, while driving governance and pipeline improvements to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time content performance, stock levels, GP contribution, and treasury positions.
• Analyze transactional data across content categories (airtime, data, bill payments, electricity, vouchers) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven input into the commercial assessment gate with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
