Qualifications

• 2-4 years' change management and business transformation experience.
• Progress toward PROSCI certification.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and data analysis/visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver defined workstreams with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Manage workstream planning and execution, including scope, scheduling, resource planning, and quality assurance.
• Apply change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk registers.
