Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment seeks an accomplished finance leader to head the company’s financial strategy and operations in East London. The role focuses on reporting, budgeting, cash flow, funding, compliance and long-term planning within a property development environment.

The candidate will bring a CA(SA) or equivalent, at least five years of senior financial management experience, and strong leadership to drive commercial performance in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of senior financial management experience.
• Experience in property development, manufacturing or retail is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax.
• CA(SA) or similar professional qualification – advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial skills.
• Proven leadership and strategic decision-making ability.

• Lead financial strategy and operations for the company.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage cash flow, funding, and banking relationships.
