Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a senior financial executive to lead its financial strategy and operations within a property development environment. The role reports to top management and requires extensive experience in budgeting, cash flow, and funding management.

Ideal candidates will have a CA(SA) or equivalent qualification and a proven track record in financial modelling, regulatory compliance and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field – essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ senior financial management experience.
• CA(SA) or similar professional qualification – advantageous.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance experience.
• Experience with property finance, project accounting or development funding – advantageous.
• Strong banking, lender and funding relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and tax.
• Proven leadership and strategic decision-making ability.
