This role offers ownership of a sophisticated property finance portfolio, collaboration with senior management, and a clear succession plan toward a CFO position within 2–3 years.

Applicants must have direct property sector exposure and a proven track record in leading finance teams, with expertise in IFRS, reporting, and governance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
• Experience in Financial Controller/Senior Finance Manager roles.
• Direct property industry experience is essential.
• Experience with multi-entity structures, IFRS, and property accounting systems.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full finance function across a complex property portfolio.
• Provide leadership across reporting, compliance, cash flow management, governance, and business partnering.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
• Lead a high-performing finance team and drive process improvements across the function.
• Manage external audits and stakeholder engagements.
