Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Valid driver’s license and own car.
• FAIS Compliance.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in sales.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Presentations skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to find the best technical or professional solutions.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests; refer complex matters.
• Schedule follow-up actions and maintain CRM data for retention and development.
• Set objectives for sales calls, tailor materials, and engage decision-makers.
• Develop relationship plans to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
