Job summary

Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) in Johannesburg seeks a Broker Relationship Manager to build and grow broker partnerships, drive marketing through brokers, and support onboarding and regulatory changes. Qualifications

FAIS requirements and regulatory knowledge are essential.
Regulatory exam and short-term personal lines/business qualifications required (e.g. Business Insurance).
CPD accreditation is essential.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain and grow relationships with broker partners.
Drive marketing strategies through brokers and keep them informed of FSCA changes.
Provide ongoing sales support and broker engagement.
Support broker onboarding, training and development; assist with policy reviews, renewals and retention initiatives.
Resolve broker escalations and ensure adherence to TCF principles.
Monitor broker performance and productivity; identify challenges and propose solutions.
Produce accurate activity and performance reports and analyze data for decision making.
