Placements24 is seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and drive growth in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will build strong client relationships, understand market needs, and design innovative solutions to meet them.

The role requires extensive travel, close collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to negotiate contracts while contributing to the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in Business Development or sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and build rapport with diverse client profiles.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
