Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, aviation or marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in aviation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Strong knowledge of aviation market, challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in aviation, including airlines, MROs, and manufacturers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements on favorable terms.
• Analyze market trends and competitors for strategic advantage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
