Job summary

IGrow Rentals is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead the Rentals division in a fast-paced environment. You will drive performance, manage staff welfare, and oversee reporting against KPIs while coordinating with HR and the CEO.

Key duties include setting clear targets, maintaining investor communications, updating stocklists, and ensuring seamless onboarding. A proactive, independent leader with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior management or leadership experience in property, rentals or asset management.
• Experience managing team performance and operational targets.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
• Problem-solving and proactive independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspired leadership.
• Report directly to the CEO of IGrow Rentals.
• Set and communicate clear targets to the team.
• Manage staff wellbeing, team building and inquiries.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Arrange staff onboarding with HR.
• Oversee new developments with Rentals CEO.
• Weekly investor feedback on vacant units (CPT/PTA).
• Maintain stocklists for PTA and CPT.
• Update developments to stocklist and monitor deals.
