IGrow Wealth Investments in Midrand, Gauteng, is seeking a driven Head of Asset Management to lead the Rentals division. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on supervision of property portfolios and investor reporting.

You will drive performance, set targets, manage staff wellbeing, and coordinate with HR, CEO, and investors. The role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in property, rentals or asset management.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing performance against KPIs and targets.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
• Independent, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspired leadership.
• Report directly to the CEO of IGrow Rentals.
• Set and communicate clear targets to the team.
• Manage staff wellbeing and staff inquiries.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Oversee onboarding and training with HR.
• Monitor investor feedback for vacant units.
• Maintain stocklists and development tracking.
• Run weekly rental meetings and ensure follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with legal documents and passwords.
