Job summary

MCI is seeking an analytical AI Governance Analyst to establish and strengthen governance for AI across the organization. You will work with AI, legal, compliance, risk, security, and business stakeholders to ensure responsible AI practices and regulatory alignment.

The role involves developing policies, maintaining control frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting governance audits throughout the AI lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Law, Compliance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, information security, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience documenting policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical controls.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent report-writing and documentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks.
• Assist in developing AI policies, standards, and governance procedures.
