Job summary

Outsourced CFO in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Accountant to support a fast-growing, multi-entity investment and operations group. The role partners with executive leadership as a strategic sounding board, handling cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee multi-entity bookkeeping and inter-entity capital structuring, collaborate with outsourced compliance teams for year-end statements, provisional tax, CIPC, and payroll, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Experience with cross-border financial transactions and international entity structures.
• Knowledge of South African financial regulations and crypto/tax compliance.
• Experience in forex trading environments is desirable.
• Proven track record managing books for multi-entity groups.
• Ability to work directly with founders in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Financial advisory: act as a strategic partner to leadership, evaluating opportunities for compliance and efficiency.
• Multi-entity bookkeeping across holding and operating entities and upcoming ventures.
• Plan and execute inter-entity capital transfers in line with SA tax laws.
• Manage cross-border forex movements and international loan agreements.
• Coordinate with outsourced compliance partner for year-end statements, provisional tax, CIPC, and payroll.
