Greys Recruitment is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pretoria to lead recruitment strategies for key clients. You will source, assess, and place high-caliber candidates while driving employer branding and talent insights. The role operates in a dynamic hybrid environment with collaboration across hiring managers and clients.

You will manage complex hiring projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to best practices in candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Strong understanding of various industries and functional roles.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and candidate experience management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define and refine job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a multi-channel approach to source and attract passive and active candidates, including executive search techniques.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and background checks.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients to inform their talent acquisition strategies.
• Mentor junior members of the recruitment team and contribute to best practice development.
