Overview

Role: Storeman. The position supports the efficient flow of parts to Caterpillar dealers, Distribution Centers, and Regional Distribution Centers, supporting the end users of Caterpillar equipment.

Role Summary

Are you passionate about logistics and operations? Join our dynamic team as a Storeman, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts to Caterpillar dealers, Distribution Centers, and Regional Distribution Centers—supporting the end users of Caterpillar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, package, store, and ship parts according to standard operating procedures.

• Resolve grief issues promptly and accurately.

• Handle REMAN core inspections, staging, and shipping in line with REMAN standards.

• Report inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor or Team Lead.

• Perform Decon and Put Away activities as per standard work.

• Pick, pack, stage, and ship parts efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.

• Report MNE breakdowns and participate in incident investigations.

• Accurately scan activities using RF devices to account for daily hours.

• Support other warehouse departments as needed.

• Be available to work overtime during emergency situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum 50% pass in Maths and English.

• Previous experience in warehousing or operations.

• Valid and experienced MHE (Material Handling Equipment) license.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational needs.
