Placements24 is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a fashion retailer in Mahikeng, North West. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure a superior customer shopping experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for fashion, and a track record of achieving business objectives. As Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, manage visual merchandising, inventories, and HR processes while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
• Strong sales acumen with history of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays in Mahikeng.
• Degree in business or retail management preferred.

Responsibilities
