Store Manager (45hr) in Kimberley, Northern Cape is responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, and leading store operations to meet targets. You will manage stock, staff recruitment and development, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, oversee sales processes, and actively engage with the team to build a high-performance retail environment. Matric and at least 3 years retail experience with 1 year leadership are required.
