Job summary

Foschini in Mthatha is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations on-site, drive turnover, control costs and manage stock and staff. You will implement merchandising standards and deliver exceptional customer service to meet targets and customer expectations.

The role requires a Matric certificate and a minimum of 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership, with strong leadership and customer-focused skills.

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets

• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
