TFG Limited is seeking a Store Manager for Fabiani at Gateway, Durban. The role manages day-to-day operations, drives sales, and leads a team to deliver the Fabiani customer experience in-store.

The Store Manager will oversee stock integrity, merchandising standards, and staff development, ensuring targets are met while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Qualifications & Exprience:

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
