Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) invites applications for a store leadership role within Fabiani premium menswear brand. The role focuses on driving turnover, controlling expenses, and leading a high-performing team to meet targets and standards.

You will implement in-store merchandising, ensure customer satisfaction, recruit and develop staff, and foster a customer-focused environment across the Fabiani brand. Matric and 3+ years retail with 1+ year leadership required.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership experience.

• Drive turnover to achieve targets and contribute to sales growth.
• Control expenses to protect margins and profitability.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with company standards.
