Job summary

The Foschini Group is seeking an experienced Store Leader to drive turnover, manage expenses, and lead a team in delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on executing merchandising standards, staff development, and shrinkage control, while ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service and selling skills.

Applicants should have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in store leadership, demonstrating strong planning and leadership abilities.
