TFG Limited in Queenstown (Nonesi Mall) is seeking a Store Manager for a 45-hour week to lead operations at Exact, our fast-moving fashion retailer. You will drive turnover, control expenses, and manage stock losses while developing staff and executing merchandising standards.

You will focus on customer service, build loyalty, and deliver a strong sales process. The role requires at least matric and 3 years retail with 1 year leadership.

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers
