LEGO Certified Store in Cape Town is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to bridge strategy and play. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, driving commercial success while delivering our Signature Experience to every child and family that visits.

You bring 3+ years of retail leadership, strong people skills, and operational savvy across POS, loss prevention, scheduling and merchandising. You will coach the team, maintain stockroom accuracy, and lead with ownership.

Qualifications

• Education: Valid Matric Certificate (Required).
• Experience: 3+ Years Retail Leadership.
• Vetting: Comfort with credit and criminal background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Logistics: Reliable transport/means of getting to work and a commitment to retail hours.
• Environment: A genuine joy for working in an environment filled with children and families.
