LEGO Certified Store in Cape Town is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to bridge strategy and play. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, driving commercial success while delivering our Signature Experience to every child and family that visits.

You bring 3+ years of retail leadership, strong people skills, and operational savvy across POS, loss prevention, scheduling and merchandising. You will coach the team, maintain stockroom accuracy, and lead with ownership.

You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, driving commercial success while ensuring our "Signature Experience" is felt by every client who walks through our doors.

Your Role in the Mission

As an Assistant Manager you are a culture champion and an operational expert. Your focus will be:
