Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail store management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to meet targets and standards.
• Oversee stock reception, unpacking, replenishment and stockroom upkeep.

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to manage risk.
• Maintain customer experience processes, visuals and feedback systems.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve KPIs.
