Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric (compulsory) requirement for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team through example and ensure meeting of personal and company sales targets (UPT, ATV and Turnover).
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain floor presence, supervision, and zoning.
• Implement VM guidelines, supervise weekly VM updates, and ensure products are tagged, priced and replenished.
• Manage deliveries, stock counts, and accuracy of stock on the system; maintain organized stockroom and control losses.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, POS operations, cash handling and refunds/exchanges in line with policy.
