Job summary

Kalagadi is seeking a Stockpile Controller to coordinate stockpile activities, ensuring material is correctly stockpiled, sampled, graded and loaded per requirements. You will direct truck movements, allocate material to grades and maintain cross-team communication with weighbridge, survey, sampling, loading and control room teams to safeguard stockpile integrity.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NSC is required.
• Relevant logistics, transport, mining or operations qualification will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct stockpile movements and coordinate loading according to grades.
• Ensure trucks are allocated to the correct stockpile and grade.
• Maintain accurate communication between stockpile, weighbridge, survey, sampling, loading and control room teams.
• Monitor stockpile integrity to prevent contamination and misallocation.
• Provide timely reporting of deviations and incidents and ensure safe traffic control.
