Oude Werf Hotel in Stellenbosch is seeking a General Attendant for an on-site, fixed term contract. You will help maintain a tidy, clean, neat and safe environment for guests and staff, and assist with a range of basic delivery and housekeeping tasks as required by the business.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, excellent attendance, Grade 11, and a can-do attitude with minimal supervision.

We are looking to recruit a General Attendant, whose purpose is to create a tidy, clean, neat and safe environment for the hotel guest and staff and to assist in a wide variety of basic delivery and housekeeping jobs as required by the needs of the business and to upkeep the image of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same or/and similar positions


• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays


• Excellent attendance and performance track record


• Grade 11


• Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision


• Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment
