Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within cleaning/facilities services.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Strong understanding of cleaning methodologies and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Budgets: cost control and resource planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across client sites in the Stellenbosch area.
• Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and performance standards for cleaning activities.
• Oversee area budgets, labor, supplies and equipment costs.
• Lead, train and mentor cleaning supervisors and teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, SLA compliance and safety.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and address concerns.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental policies across sites.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and drive efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
