• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices in the Cleaning & Sanitation industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to commercial cleaning.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote administrative tasks with on-site supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
