The role requires a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a hybrid work pattern with on-site supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment and safe usage.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a commercial environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning team activities and assign tasks.
• Inspect areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
