Working closely with the Total Rewards Manager, responsible for coordinating and implementing the institutional wellness strategy and managing the relationship with the institution’s wellness service provider. Effective communication ensures staff are aware of the availability of wellness interventions and initiatives. Ensures wellness interventions and initiatives are carried out within the budget provided. Provides back-up support for the Remuneration and Benefits Officer.
Basic Pensionable Salary per annum: R35 338
Cost to Company per annum (Approximately): R569 518
