Job summary

RSAWEB is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own our internal infrastructure powering ISP, cloud, and hosting platforms. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade tooling in Go and Python, integrating with third-party APIs and exposing internal APIs for teams across the org.

You will drive automation, standardisation, and observability while collaborating with cloud, network, and development squads to ensure uptime, security, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Ownership mindset focused on root-cause issues.
• Experience in SRE, Infrastructure, Operations, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Production experience building tooling in Go and/or Python.
• Ability to integrate with third-party APIs and expose internal APIs.
• Comfortable using Git-based workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Understanding of distributed systems and high-availability design principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of DNS, NTP, HTTP, TLS, and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core internal infrastructure supporting ISP, cloud, and hosting platforms.
• Maintain, improve, and extend existing internal systems with a reliability focus.
• Ensure services are scalable, secure, highly available, and well-instrumented.
• Design, build, and run internal tools and services, primarily in Go and Python.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and expose internal APIs.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce toil and standardise tooling.
• Maintain runbooks, architecture notes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Work with cloud, network, and development teams to provide stability.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure.
