Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical/Computational Engineering.
• 5–7 years of mechanical design analysis and simulation experience.
• Proficiency with FEA packages ANSYS, Abaqus or NASTRAN.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess stress, strain, vibration, and thermal behavior.
• Perform dynamic simulations, fatigue analysis, and failure mode prediction.
• Validate simulation results with experimental data and refine models.
• Collaborate with designers to propose design improvements.
• Develop analytical methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive analysis reports with conclusions and recommendations.
• Contribute to design reviews from an analytical perspective.
• Stay current with simulation software advancements.
• Mentor junior analysts in simulation best practices.
• Support root cause analysis for design-related failures.
