Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate in Core Ops within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) to support day-to-day operations, processing transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.

You will monitor risks, escalate issues per compliance guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of core processes. The role involves maintaining documentation, supporting periodic reviews, and staying informed about regulatory requirements relevant to BCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance is required.
• MBA or Business Analytics would be advantageous.
