• Support day-to-day operational activities within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in processing transactions, reconciliations, and reporting tasks as per defined procedures.
• Help monitor operational risks and escape issues in line with compliance and control guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of core operational processes.
• Maintain documentation and records related to operational activities and controls.
• Participate in periodic reviews and support audit-related activities as required.
• Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements and operational updates relevant to BCM.
