Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking an Associate to support day-to-day BCM operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and robust controls.

You will assist in transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while monitoring risks and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of core processes. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and keeping informed on basic regulatory requirements relevant to BCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in commerce, economics or finance and relevant postgraduate qualifications are required or desirable.
• AML, risk and regulatory certifications (CAMS, CRISC, CORP, CRP, CFP) are listed as favorable qualifications.
• Experience or familiarity with BCM, core banking operations, and risk management processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM).
• Assist in processing transactions, reconciliations, and reporting per procedures.
• Monitor operational risks and escalate issues per compliance and controls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of core operational processes.
• Maintain documentation and records related to operational activities and controls.
• Participate in periodic reviews and support audit-related activities as required.
