Parvana in Cape Town seeks a data-focused analyst to manage data retrieval, validation and reconciliation in an in-office setting. You will coordinate data storage, auditing and quality control while engaging with analysts and the R&D team to address data-related queries.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong MS SQL and Excel skills, and familiarity with dashboarding. SDLC/Agile exposure and vendor coordination are a plus.

Qualificações

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, etc.).
• Data Science / SQL related qualifications would be advantageous.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS SQL skills and good MS Office knowledge, with dashboarding experience.
• Practical experience with financial instruments and SDLC/Agile is advantageous.
• Ability to run and check data processes while safeguarding sensitive data.
• Identify and resolve data issues using issue-tracking software.
• Clear written and verbal communication with external providers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player who learns quickly and challenges status quo.
