Job summary

Crew Life at Sea is seeking a dynamic Sports Manager to lead our sports activities department. The successful candidate will develop and implement various sports events for guests of all ages, manage a dedicated team, and ensure adherence to safety measures. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in sports management. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for recreation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sports activities and events.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
