Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Sports Facilities Manager to oversee operations of premier sports venues in Centurion. You will manage maintenance, groundskeeping, equipment, and event setup to ensure safety, functionality, and an exceptional experience for athletes and spectators.

The role leads a team of maintenance and operations staff, coordinates with leagues and organizers, and ensures compliance with safety regulations while managing budgets and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within a sports or leisure context.
• Strong knowledge of groundskeeping, maintenance, and safety protocols for sports venues.
• Experience in staff supervision and team leadership.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and manage operational budgets effectively.
• Relevant certifications in facility management or sports turf management are advantageous.
