Standard Bank Group in Johannesburg seeks a skilled Trade Support professional to analyse complex and structured Global Markets trades across products and asset classes, ensuring accurate booking, allocation, matching and settlement throughout the trade lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years in Trade Support/Operations, a First Degree in Business Commerce or related fields, and strong data interpretation, cross‑team coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft banking systems to mitigate risk

Analyse a range of complex and/or structured Global Markets trades across multiple products and asset classes, utilising knowledge and judgement to execute standard and non-standard procedures to verify the accuracy of trade and client data and ensure the effective booking, allocation, matching and settlement of trades throughout the lifecycle of events. Resolve exceptions and queries to mitigate adverse effects and operational risks. Identify and recommend solutions for process efficiencies.
