Our client, a reputable recruitment consultancy with a strong presence in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal , is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Specialist Recruitment Consultant focusing on the Industrial sector. Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of industrial positions, including plant operators, engineers, technicians, supply chain specialists, and management roles, within the Richards Bay region. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates for often hard-to-fill positions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the industrial sector. Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to fully understand their requirements and company culture. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industrial market trends, salary benchmarks, and key players in KwaZulu-Natal . Requirements
