Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant (Specialist) to join their Queenstown team. You will manage niche recruitment processes, build candidate pools, and place talent for clients in the Eastern Cape.

The role emphasizes sourcing and screening, relationship-building with clients and candidates, and using diverse channels to develop talent pipelines. You will advise on offers and coordinate onboarding, with a clear path to develop deep expertise in a chosen

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in specialist recruitment is preferred.
Strong assessment techniques for candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Local EC market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized roles within defined sectors.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and suitability.
