Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and early intervention services to young children with special educational needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans (IEPs/ITPs) in collaboration with parents, educators, and specialists.
• Utilize a range of specialized strategies and resources to address developmental, learning, and behavioral challenges.
• Conduct assessments to identify children's strengths, needs, and progress.
• Offer guidance and training to parents and caregivers on supporting their child's development at home.
• Liaise with external therapists, medical professionals, and educational institutions to coordinate care and support.
• Prepare reports on children's progress and interventions.
• Adapt activities and environments (both physical and virtual) to meet the specific needs of each child.
