About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join their inclusive school community in Soweto . You will be responsible for providing tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs, developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and fostering an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. This role is crucial for ensuring that students with special educational requirements receive the specialized attention and resources necessary for their academic, social, and emotional development, contributing to their overall success and well-being within the educational system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet their specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Assess student learning and development, maintaining accurate records and progress reports.

Requirements
