About the Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Special Needs Educator to join their dedicated team in Centurion . This vital role focuses on providing tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs, creating an inclusive and adaptive learning environment. You will be responsible for developing individualized education plans (IEPs), implementing specialized teaching strategies, and collaborating closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure each student reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, psychologists, and other educators, to coordinate support services.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Special Needs Education (e.g., Diploma or Degree).
• Valid registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) .
• Demonstrated experience working with children with various learning disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning difficulties).
• Proficiency in differentiated instruction and assistive technologies.
• Exceptional patience, empathy, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
