Job summary

CubeSpace ADCS is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to bridge customers and internal engineering. You will diagnose issues, interpret system behaviour, and guide customers toward effective technical solutions across the mission lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, translate challenges into clear technical discussions, and contribute to documentation and knowledge bases while supporting client mission readiness and handovers.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and curiosity to investigate complex systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or technical support.
• Ability to interpret technical information for engineers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for post-sale customer support queries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing system behaviour.
• Collaborate with engineering and specialist teams to diagnose problems and craft solutions.
• Translate customer challenges into internal technical discussions and guidance.
• Maintain internal documentation such as troubleshooting guides and playbooks.
