Job summary

Headcount Personnel Consultants is recruiting a Graduate - Engineering or Computer Science for a Customer Success Engineer role in Gauteng. You will be the technical bridge between customers and product teams, addressing inquiries and guiding implementations.

Responsibilities include handling technical queries, delivering training, and gathering feedback to drive product improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS and programming knowledge (C#, Python, SQL)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (engineering, computer science, etc)
• Programming Languages: Net based such as C#, Python, Expression, SQL, No SQL, Web APIs
• Technologies (Desirable): Understanding SCADA, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Time Series Databases, MQTT and OPC UA
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issue resolution
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Design and deliver training sessions to customers on product functionality and best practices
• Contribute to product improvement by gathering customer feedback and insights
