The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Spa Attendant for The Twelve Apostles Hotel in Cape Town to uphold service standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will perform spa treatments (body, skincare, massage, nails and waxing), upsell revenue opportunities, and maintain pristine treatment rooms with strict hygiene in a luxurious 5-star setting. This role requires flexible hours, outstanding presentation and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 2 years experience in a spa environment at 5* hotel or cruise industry.
• International qualifications ITEC/CIDESCO/SAAHSP/CIBTEC.
• Highly presentable; maintaining health, hygiene and professional spa appearance.
• Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal communication skills.
• Previous proven Retail Sales experience.
• Able to work flexible working hours; shifts, weekends, public holidays, extended hours to accommodate the changing needs of the business.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that guests are treated in accordance with Red Carnation Hotel Service Standards; using every opportunity to maximize the guest experience and in turn drive revenue with the aim of securing repeat business for the Hotel.

Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

• 2 years experience in a spa environment associated with the 5* hotel or cruise industry
• International qualifications ITEC/CIDESCO/SAAHSP/CIBTEC
• Highly presentable; maintaining health, hygiene and professional spa appearance
• Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal communication skills
• Previous proven Retail Sales experience
• Able to work flexible working hours; shifts, weekends, public holidays, extended hours to accommodate the changing needs of the business
